The StrongBodies Program is a national evidence-based community exercise
and nutrition program targeted at midlife and older people.
Its strength training curriculum helps maintain muscle mass, strength, and function
as they age.

Program Fee:  $30.00 for 12-week program
$25.00 of previously attended program
